Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Gramin Swaad, we deal in food products that are prepared, packed, and delivered with utmost care.
Due to the nature of food items, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in specific cases mentioned below.
🚫 No Returns on Food Products
Since our products are edible food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Opened or used food products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
✅ Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
A refund or replacement may be processed only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Jar is leaked or broken
📌 In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear unboxing videos showing the issue.
After verification, Gramin Swaad will decide whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Product opened or consumed
- Taste preference or personal dislike
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Improper storage by the customer
- Minor natural variations in texture, aroma, or colour of ghee
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days
- Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or email
- Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted
